 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you can do so right from the confirmation email you received when you booked, up to 24 hours before the appointment.

If something comes up last minute and you need to cancel, please contact us directly via email or instagram (see contact page!) to let us know. Cancellations within the 24hrs of the appointment are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Things happen! This fee just helps us recoup some of the cost of our lost time.

No-shows are a wicked bummer. If you no-show us we won’t be mad, just disappointed, and you will be invoiced for the full cost of your service. Repeat offenders get a frowny face on their permanent record.
